No, at the time of business transfer, you will receive a balance of accounts that is verified by an auditor. Existing workforce will be made redundant by cancelling the work contracts.
Managing Director of a private limited company in Spain
You will be an entrepreneur as well as manage the business affairs of the private limited company all by yourself. Mandatory insurance (pension insurance fund and medical insurance): approx. 270, - Euros per month.
Risk
There is no risk for a whole year, since the rent of the restaurant has already been paid. If you continue to run the restaurant as well as it is being managed now, you will see many positive results, even from a financial perspective.

EU-citizens do not need any residence and work permits.

Moraira has preschools as well as school buses to Benissa. International school with school bus is also available (school fee is obligatory).
Restaurant's workforce
Optimal: 2 persons for the kitchen, 1 person for washing and cleaning, 1 waiter (temporary staff during summer).
Language
Moraira is international: knowing English is advantageous.
Opening hours
The restaurant is currently open only during the evenings after 6 pm; however, day-time operation is also easily possible (decision lies with the owner).
Where is the lottery drawing going to take place?
The lottery drawing will take place in Austria under the supervision of a lawyer.

Is the free lottery drawing legal?
The present case is a one-time lottery drawing organised by the owner. Thus, the drawing is limited to a single property. It does not represent a sustained effort for the generation of profits. Therefore, it does not violate the Austrian gambling laws and the associated monopoly legislation.
