The operating company Pastahouse Italia SL, completely with all furniture and equipment according to the inventory list, as well as the inventory needed for the operation of the restaurant for a whole month and of course the licence, which need not be renewed. Rental contract for 3 years.

Size of the restaurant incl. working area, wine cellar approx. 210 m².

The restaurant is completely air-conditioned and heated.

Work for 13 months without having to pay the rent, since it has already been taken care of.

Cooperation with the proprietor (50% Italian and member of the Association of Professional Italian Chefs FIC) for introduction to the culinary art etc., for 1 month.

Established clientele comprising: English, Dutch, Swiss, Germans and Spanish -the restaurant was founded in 2002.

Rodolfo (ex Pastahouse) Restaurante Italiano is known for its quality, the freshness of its products, its self-made pasta and pizza.

Complete menu in 4 languages - newly compiled wine card.

My cuisine is based on classic Italian cuisine while including the culinary art with Roner - Sous-vide (Low-temperature range 40 - 66 °C) and vacuum kitchen as well as curing oven.
